Maldon festival

The Maldon Festival opens on 22nd June and runs until 7th July. There is a huge variety of music on offer, along with four exhibitions; one of which takes place in the Octagon here at St Mary’s. A highlight is going to be the Memorial Concert for our beloved and much missed Kieran Sampson on 30th June. Sunday 7th July closes the festival with a first for St Mary’s; A Pet Service as part of the Parish Mass at 10am (the festival’s theme this year is The Animal Kingdom). The final event is Choral Evensong at 6pm. Full details can be found at Maldon Festival.co.uk.
